Return Process

  Log into your Nutricook account or visit our online return portal to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the appliance in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
